Tutorial For Golden Headshot?

Anyone willing to give me a tutorial of how to get a golden headshot with all weapon types, meaning melee, and firearm?

Or is the golden headshot more of a luck than an actual type of headshot?

I think golden headshot is above the eyes, in the eye, or around them
A silver headshot is lower the eyes. Not too sure though...

I believe the golden headshot is on the temple of the head and above the eyes on the forehead
