hello guys i want to buy some zp's
i enter to the deposit page :

and after that paypal information :

and i got this error

i have the requirement money but i can't buy any think ( tryed to buy some think else no think

)

please can some one help me ?

i don't own a bank account and no credit card -_-

... Well there is your problem. Get a bank account or ask your parents if you can link theirs.

In order for them to verify your PayPal account You Need a Routing number and your bank account number.

it is not a smart idea to link a bank account to a paypal, but ask them to link their debt card to the paypal, for secuirty issues, you can spend a lot more money with a bank account than a debt card, there are limits on cards so if you're hacked the person couldn't do as much damage.
