If it was Seasonal it should say on its image "Limited". Since it's not I think is a regular crate.

Pretty sure it's regular. Since they didn't say anything in the patch notes that it's seasonal. Well, I don't think they did. Lol, too lazy to read all of it, jsut skimmed it.
