I just transferred money from my debit card to Hyperwallet, then paid the correct amount required to purchase 20,000 ZP on PlaySpan, and now the transaction is just sitting there.

How long do these payments usually take?

Same problem, bought 20k zp with a UGC prepaid card, and didn't receive it...

Alright, so I ended up using "PayByCash" through my debit card (through hyperwallet). First off I must say that the fee is HUGE to use hyperwallet. I originally bought 10k ZP for $8.99, but after fees it was $12.03.

But yeah, the process took about one-three hours to complete. You actually have to wait for them to check their email, so they can manually accept it.
