Click My account at the top of your screen, to the right of your username. Then go down a little until you see "CROSSFIRE ACCOUNT INFORMATION" your username will be next to "CHARACTER NAME". Now if you don't know your password... that's another story.

Edit: Reading it over, you probably aren't on the old account. Lol. Send in a support ticket. They'll take you through the proper things and if you provide enough information, you'll get the info. If you can't provide enough info that the account is yours. Then it's most likely you wont get the account back.

There actually is. If he bought ZP with the account. Then he can use the info from that to get the account back. I'm pretty sure you can. Not 100 percent though. Anyone can confirm that?

He would need more than just zp transactions. Since he doesnt know the ID or the email used to create account, the chances are slim. Go ahead and try contacting support here. Support
