My PrintScreen don't save automatically

First of all, i start saying sorry for my english erros, i'm brazilian and i don't like any translator.
Well, let's go straigh to the point, when i'm playing and i press "PrintScreen" it should save automaticaly but does not..

Have you had some erros similar to this?

Nothing saves in My Documents > Crossfire?

Are you on a laptop?

If so, you must hit the "Fn" key near the bottom left of your keyboard, then the print screen key.
