It is possible the print screen function on your laptop shares the key with another function, maybe an F key such as F12?
Laptops usually have an FN key which can be used together with certain keys to use the alternate function on these keys. Some have a function toggle key which is used to switch between the functions each time it is pressed.
If you cannot find such a key maybe you can post the exact make and model of the laptop and we can try and find out for you. -
This should be the layout of your keyboard, to take a screenshot hit this key as highlighted on the keyboard (print screen, prnt scrn, sometimes it's the "END" key)
When hitting print screen, you should see a screenshot in the middle of the game in yellow text saying "Screen captured"
You can find your screenshots in
C:\Users\Your USERNAME\Documents\Cross Fire\
(May be a different drive letter if you installed Windows on F:/ for example) -
First you're required to press your Fn key (commonly know as the function key), then you can continue pressing whichever "dark gray" key on your keyboard that you wish. This will also allow you to use F1 through F12, and any other key which is named with a dark gray color.
