Cant log in the game

When I start game , I write login and password and push ok to login, but its say "Notice"
"This service is not availbe in your region" wtf?
How can i fix it?

No, it will be not be 'added' due to licensing issues and the fact that there is another version of CF (CF EU) that you can play.
