I can not get my account

Hi all, a few days ago I lost my account, trying to recover account by the ticket and Z8 tell me this:

-After finishing our investigation, user(s) of the accounts that are tied to the above login ID have recently been involved in account trading case.

We are sorry, but we cannot provide any account related assistance.

And the ticket was closed, Apparently the person who has the account he added to sharing list, for so I could not recover the account and he keep my account, I have All date of the account....

What i can do to recover your account? Thanks for read...

You can't do anything. Even if you call them it won't help you.

I just don't understand how an actual company with records of every account made can not recover an account that can be proved 100%.

Unless you know the email for the account and the security answer your basically screwed man and if you told them that or they figured it out tbh youve probs lost your acc

This steps could help you.

1. First registered Email
2. Security Question
3. Security Answer
4 Username
5. First password in the account
6. Receipts in your email that prove you bought ZP trough it before
7. First IGN if you ever changed IGN before

Fill it out and send support ticket and stuff.
