I need a mod who can help me by a little kind of organising and making an easy extern forum for the entries. So it will be more clean and organised
For Starters, moderators are not going to likely know what is involved is building an external forum. You need someone who has Administrator rights.
If you want to use forum software like this one, buy a license from Vbulletin and set up your external forum.
