X-TRAP problem

Hey Guys,
i have a question...
I start Crossfire, it can start and i can click start.
He loads hgwc and X-TRAP loads. But then .......
comes nothing .. it dont open anithing -.-

EDIT: it comes anithing but : Timed out waiting initialing xtrap-engine only this comes
please help me

    There is program on your computer that is causing the game not to start-up. Make sure your anti-virus is disabled, if you have Iobit Malware Fighter uninstall that.
    When you downloaded, installed, and patched the game was your anti-virus disabled?
    If it was not then disable your antivirus, easiest way is Start Button, type in the search box, 'Services', and find your anti-virus on the list. Right click your anti-virus on the list and go to Properties, the option where it says Manual or Automatic, change that to Disabled. Then re-download the game, and install it.

    I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it has worked for many other people.

    You need to download Internet Explorer 9. Install the program but when you will be asked to install updates, do not check the box "install updates". After this, restart your computer, and try running Crossfire again.

    Now, if Crossfire continues to not work, uninstall Internet Explorer 9, and
    see if it works. Apparently it has something to do with Internet Explorer updates not allowing XTrap to run as a .exe, therefor Crossfire isn't able to start-up.
