"Send Error Report?" Error

Okay, so when I start up the game, it gets to the log on screen, and right as I'm about to type my password it does this:

I've hit "OK" and "Cancel" both numerous time, and it does it every time I start up CF. If anyone can help me please do so.

Game crash.... Send error report..... I smell an anti-virus program still running in the background.
Clean Install: Disable your anti-virus, go to the Start Button, in the search box type 'Services', find your anti-virus, right click on it, go to Properties, change the setting to Disabled. Uninstall the game. Then go to Z8 website, redownload the game, install it again, and start it up. Should have no issues.
