If you live in the restricted area and made your account after August 3rd, 2011 you will not be able to play.
Where are you currently located? There might be a specific Version Client of CrossFire for your location.

If you're from France, then I'd assume you must play Crossfire Europe, as it's servers are the closest. You wont be able to play this version of crossfire, désolé.
