Ping has nothing to do about your pc specifications, but your telecom's internet service and your physical location does.

So where do you live, and who gives you internet access (ISP)

Ping is based on distance and the type of network infrastructure.
Too make it lower one needs to either move closer to the servers or replace all network cables between them and the servers with faster cables.

Neither option is cheap.
If you can't get less then 150 ping on any server here then it be better to simply play a different version of CF closer to you. There are 7 versions of CF.

Ping depends on the distance between the location in which the server is being hosted and the location in which you are connecting to the server. For example, Alpha and Bravo is hosted in Northeastern Canada, so if the closer you are to Northeastern Canada, the better your ping would be.

Where are you from

oh rly, me and 2 guys on my network playing cf, me and one other friend get ping of 14 and last guy gets a ping of 200, even if there is less room, shouldnt all our ping increase to a certain degree and why is his jumping sooooo high
