In order for your friends account to be stolen, they must have given away their important information at some point in time. Chances are that if they cannot recover it themselves through their email, then theres nothing you can do.

What do you mean when you say ID? Are you referring to his in-game name? If so, he must purchase the Name Changer item from the Mall.

I see what you're saying now. I don't believe it's possible to change the ID, why doesn't your friend just change his password as a security precaution?

i was talking to the scamer i told hem i have yahoo and i can get it back he say dont try cuz i change the ID i was ask maybe some bug ?

No, he didn't change the ID, that's not possible without administrator assistance, which wouldn't be given to a scammer (noteable through changed IP adresses).

It sounds like he may have just changed the password. If you can provide additional information about the account, I suggest sending a Support Ticket to Z8Games, perhaps they can solve your problem.
