If i deposit 100k ZP will it count as 10 raffles for the event?

Only if it is in 10K ZP purchases.
Buying the 100K ZP counts as 1 raffle ticket but buying 10 10K ZP counts as 10 raffle tickets.

It's really the players decision. I think I'd do the same if I had a spare $100 to put into one of my hobbies.

There was a time when everyone could buy it for 100 coupons, so there are much more than 24. Even if we don't count those almost all gms have one and many people too, so even that is more than 24.
