mouse bug?

Everytime I get time to play cf my mouse is messed up. It's like its lagging across the screen. I can dreaded side to side smoothly but when I go to turn its lagging and jumping around on me. This is not the first time and want an answer as to why it happens.

Note my mouse is fine everywhere except crossfire.
