Last summer, my cousin visited me, he lives in a place somehow far from Cairo ( It's not like Cairo TD :P )
He told me about the game, and let me play it

I first played in Egypt TD
Then in the tutorial glitch :P
And since then I started getting better and better

September last year this new scrawny looking guy applied and was later accepted. I soon found out he was a bigger nerd than I was when it came to pc gaming. I told him I play sc2 but miss the old days of fps and halo 2/3 online. I asked him if he could help me out. He said he plays this free online game called cross fire.

I rolled my eyes at the idea of a free game. At first crossfire was kinda weird since I never played pc fps before. I decided I was going to spend money and ended up wanting every gun in the black market. Got pretty dam close to all of the ones I wanted too.

I was off and on for a bit but eventually ghost mode became so freaking fun once I actually got good at it.and loved hose dominating runs and the belligerent drunk trolling. Now I get to play it for another month before I retire and go to the navy and proceed with my vocation.

i started at least 4 years ago when it was run by Suba...good times. If you think hacking is bad now you should grab your self a time machine and play Egypt before Z8 took over. I started by just randomly finding it online

I started on the last year of SubaGames, which I believe was 2009, if not, 2008. I originally was playing a different free FPS game (which was my first), then found out there were many more similar free FPS games, and this happened to be one of them that I found. I found that this one has the best gameplay, and it supported my horribly set-up computer at the time (now running at 220 FPS with my new desktop).

From then, I invited at least 5-6 of my friends to play. Fun times.

I finished my university midterms (January).
Went to my friend's dorm and he was playing CF.
Looked fun so I started playing.

Now, I play more than him...My GPA dropped a little lol (avg. A to A-)

I still could remember that Crossfire NA didn't even existed. I was playing the Chinese version of Crossfire, having around 250 ping (good times!).

My first map ever played was Ship TD. I thought that the secret way was the best hiding spot and I tried with my high latency to kill people. Haha!

in halloween of 2009 i was on xfire and some random kid i never seen before asked me if i knew what crossfire was obviously never heard of the game i took a look downloaded installed hated it at first cause i was in egypt and i hate egypt ^^ then played the halloween map that caught my attention. by christmas of 09 i already brought over 50k worth of zp ^^ and won 0 guns

lots of gp then won my first gun which was the thompson. obviously bak then i didnt have a clue how to play xD. SO yes cf is the first pc fps game i ever played

My son showed me cross fire. I watched him play for a while, He didn't want me messing with his KDR so I created my own account and started playing. It will be three years in July. I made friends with i-gun-4-u and SLAY. They helped me set up a voice server one night until 3am, lol. We have been dear friends ever since.

Back in 2009 summer one of my classmates showed it to me. I was playing much CSS before it so I was quite good, but in my favourite mode (GM) I was terrible, but I still loved it. Since then I got much better in GM. Also I made many different accounts, so my current main was made in 2010 February or March.

On thanksgiving 2010, my cousin came over and showed me the game Combat Arms, i played it for like 2-3 months until it stopped working for some reason, so i searched online for any fps games and downloaded and played a few, but i liked cf so i stayed with it

Was starting to get bored of the F2P MMORPG I was playing and the only FPS game I had at that point in time was 007 : Nightfire (best 007 after Goldeneye, even though I thought GE was crap that only got notoriety because it was the first console FPS) so I decided to play something FPS for certain reasons...

Started playing during the end of the Halloween event the year that Z8 took the game over from Suba. First map I even played was EM-Alaksa (I remember how I got confused by the 3 barrels and the train and couldn't fathom how to peek the area until I actually walked there without people firing at me once... :P ) and after that it was either TD-Egypt or EM-Halloween.

I started play crossfire about it was Beta so i started to be better and better, i believe that it is a very interesting game with a lot of things, so i continue to play.

One day my brother was playing and had to be afk for a few minutes, so I replaced him.
I enjoyed the game (was playing TDM at the time). Then I discovered Ghost Mode, which I have mostly played ever since !! It's a shame that the community is dying now

My brother didn't like combat arms anymore, so he started looking for a new game. I started helping him look for a game, but our computers were really bad so we could never run the games we wanted. After downloading like 10 games and not being able to play, we found crossfire.

My brother downloaded on my computer, idk why. He started playing Fortress TD, but went 0-10 and quit. I started playing that match and liked cf. Eventually started playing CF more, so here I am

I started in late ending of 2008, this my 2nd & only account.

I wanted to look for a game that had a storyline to write a movie, a ex friend of mine told me "you must check out their video on youtube & read the story they have between BL & GR.." When i read it all & say the intro video, i was impact by what Z8 has created.

my 1st match was hmm...all i remember me logging on playing egypt & downtown a lot.

I started to play to test the in game atmosphere & ever since i was born as a CF Soldier

I watched someone play it and I asked my friend about the game. Started playing Chinese CF for like 1-2 years then I found out that there was an English version (Z8games own not Scuba) and that's how I started.

How did you first play CF ?
