I doubt his kdr went down from 2.0+ to 1.59 in one day.

He have 651 kills and 533 death curently.
Yesterday he could have 100 kills and 50 deaths so he received ribbon?
He easily could get 500 kills and deaths for day , as i make even 1000 sometimes.

Look at the number of games he's played compared to his amount of kills/deaths- he probably just bought a K/D reset and the ribbon didn't update immediately. And yeah, he's kind of a low rank, but not THAT low, and he does have a couple ZP guns. I'm guessing there's going to be at least two more people with less impressive clan pages than him by the end of the contest.

LoL its not a big deal he just reset his kd with the zp he bought looks like he did pretty good the first game but then his kdr started going down, and the clutch killer ribbon goes away if your kdr goes down but it updates daily...its gone today
