FPS- Recording- What i need?

Hello everyone. I would like to tell you what accessories I have on my PC and if you can help me i want to know what i need to record in the game better than 40 fps :P... when i am not recording i have a good fps about 130-140 fps.

Accessories:
CPU: Intel Dual-Core E5200
RAM: 2Gb
GPU: Nvidia, GeForce 9300M GS

game booster 3.5 now has recording and it's amazing. test it

Ok i downloaded that, but when i am trying to open the CF from the Game Booster an error appears that tell me "Close the game then try again"

why you are trying to open crossfire from gamebooster.

do you need to open crossfire normal.

That all depends on what program you're using to record. I use Bandicam and it has setting that I changed to record at 120 FPS with a "hotkey" so I just press the hotkey and wah-lah recording at 120 FPS. If you set your IG resolution the same as your desktop resolution, you'll get better FPS as well. Try closing every process thats running that dont need to be and try again.
