Facebook Friends Ribbon and USP

I've tried several times now and I've waited a good day in between but I haven't received the Facebook Friends Ribbon or the USP handgun. Does anyone else have this problem?

I realize it, and I have...it says I'm not a fan at the bottom, but it shows I've liked it on top after I've pressed connect.

Then when I click redeem, nothing happens and I've gotten nothing over the past couple weeks.
