New spray doesn't works

Hello, i buyed from item shop the spray called SP_Scorcher Boom for 7 days and when i press T i can hear spray noise but isn't visible to me and other players. I also tryed to use other spray and i haven't got any problems. Can u help me pls?

I also received this issue with the new name card. Not really an important life or death problem, but I think they'll fix it next patch. :x
