It seems to take a long time to load between shots

The other guy has time to see me
aim
make a cup of tea
eat a sandwhich
then shoot me dead
before Im ready to shoot again

Ok a little exaggeration but it takes ages between shots any ideas as to why this is

my ping is around 110 to 130 FPS 30 to 60 but its very frustrating

I see my prey I aim I shoot right at them and BANG Im dead LOL

P.S Im not moaning or as you guys say QQ just need some advice

well my friend, my advice for u is:

♣dont miss your first shot
♣if u miss, learn to quick scope & have a knife as you other wepon (its faster) but always have your sub ready. what you have to do
is quick scope, if u miss or not, and jump away. then do a jump back fast with a single zoom to locate your target (to make shure he
dident move). he wouldent expect you to jump back that fast so you also have the chance for a kill. you can take your shot if you
can or you can make a third jump with full zoom (if needed) and take him out.
♣pratice on eayer targets and maps before snipeing with pros.
♣never blame your gun. its always you who could improve.
