help! CrossfirePT Launcher has stop working...

i cant play crossfire.. i already download and install it then when i try to run the game the system says CrossfirePT Launcher has stop working.... blablah.... close program... please help i want to play this game...

Launch the game from the patcher then.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\patcher_cf.exe
