my Acc Got Stolen Help me pls

Hello guyz can any one help me My acc got Stolen i sended Support Ticket but They not given My acc back And i spend So many Money For that Can Any one help Me ..Pls

  • Sorry but we can not extend our helping hands into such a matter. As this is unfortuately contriversal and many accounts can be said to be stollen but really the person trying to recover the account is the one stealling it the community can not take part in such a matter. This is solely up to the support team itself.
    The requirements for such a incident to be thoughly looked into is:
    1. Full account name and the last known password.
    2. Possible date of creation of account.
    3. Account information; ZP amount, rank, ect.
    4. game history information on account; games played, wins, losses, kills, deaths, ect.
    5. any personal information on account that is not public, e-mails, phone #'s, PM's sent and recieved and their information enclosed in them is excellent proof that you are the owner.
    6. Any other possible information that may be on your account that can prove you are the real owner.

    If you used a credit card or any tracable payment method on your account then the payment history on that account can be seen by the support team. If your credit/debit card or other payment method matches the account's history of payment then that is automatic proof that it is your account and then they will restore your account to your ownership.

  • Provide all of that information, as well as last login date on that account along with the ip address you logged in with at the time(if you can't find your ip address the best place is a website for ip address lookup, just google, what is my ip address.) to support and that should be all you really need.
  • maybe they will help but maybe no. i got hacked too and i didnt get help.
    i have sended zp buy id passowrds email secrets question and some pictures while i used it
    but i didnt get back my account.. now i have this account.
