I use the same and I get a constant 120-150 FPS. What helped me the most was setting my resolution on my desktop the same as my IG res and it made the world of a difference. At first (before I changed my desktop res) I would get anywhere from 60-150 and changing my resolution was the only thing I did to change this.. =D
