HGW ame Watcher Freezing

Every time I open the game, the HGW Game Watcher will instantaneously freeze at 13%. After about two minutes it starts working just fine and then freezes again at 98% and never moves again. I let it sit for two hours and came back. It was in the same exact spot. My task manager says it's running... And I didn't start having this problem until yesterday, but I've been playing on this computer for a few months with no issues. Anybody know what's up?

Try it a few times.

A lot of the time when I just try these stuff a few more times it starts working again.

There's the computer's specs. I played it on here for a few weeks with no problems... All of a sudden it won't work. No firewalls, no security systems running, nothing. It just freezes... I'm rather irritated at this point.
