What Should I Get ?

I've got K1A - Gatling Gun ( don't use it much :P ) - M16A3 - USP - P228
I need the Sniper Badge to get the Elite Badge ( only the sniper badge remaining ).
I'm not really a pro with snipers.
Should I get Scar Light, M12s, M4A1, or AWM ?

M12s (If you have SPOP) For that 30k ZP Event that ednilson is holding..

Otherwise I'd recommend the K2.. d:

If you don't own it, I would get awm, there's a big difference between sniping with a m700 and an awm and you might find your better at sniping then you think.

Scar Light/ M12S + SPOP + Full AC = auto won
AWM/ M4A1 + Skill = Pro
=> go for AWM or M4A1, I prefer M4A1 more than AWM

get awm. you might start improving and start enjoying sniping. I, for one, didn't enjoy sniping till I slowly got better and now I'm sniping mostly in every mode I join. Best of luck!

AWM, as Extinction said, it would be a big change from a M700 to an AWM.

Nowhere did he say that he didn't buy ZP.

Anyways, the AWM. The Sniper badge is one of the harder ones to get, so I'd definitely say to go for the AWM.
