I think it's pretty much reserved as an event prize. Kind of like the AK knife adv. Might see it as a prize in the SnD events coming up this month.

It was an event prize during Thanksgiving (I think) and during the the 12 events of Winter. You were also able to get it if you bought ZP Crates (during an event period).

I would guess they would keep the M66 was a temp (prize) gun during holidays and events.
