Loss of Aim?
:)I just wondered, I normally am a rifler..and have a not bad shot sometimes...but lately I have been using the XM1014 exclusively for fun...when I did go in and play a map with a rifle I could not hit a thing...so does using the shotgun put your aim way off?? Do you think it's better to stick with one class of guns, or get used to all guns??
PS I really do not understand how the whole spray thing works so simple responses in easy terms would be nice

Its better if you stick to one weapon.
Spray Pattern: The pattern that bullets leave when shot non-stop against certain objects.
So for example the AK, the first shots all hit then the bullets start moving to the top right. So if you get used to the AK, you would move the mouse to the bottom left so the bullets start hitting again.
AWM has no spray pattern, its all 100% accurate so getting used to it isn't too hard. Most weapons however have different patterns and hence if you want to be good at using all of them you're going to have to memorise a lot of patterns.
Hope that's not too complex to understand

Well if you would like to come to Clan Practices with my clan you're welcome to. We pretty much focus on accuracy during those. HS's only usually is how we play. You can bring your clan too, be good for our clans to be buddies. But if you insist on using different weapons from time to time I'd at least go back to your rifle for about an hour each time you're on. Or you could just stick to one weapon as others here have said.

Well I only played with k-2 since I started to play, I was really good at. like ridiculously good. but I always wanted to use awp. finally I bought one, loved it. get super on it. but now I can tell I am half way back with k-2 ! its terrible. Im thought my reflexes will get better with awp but no, Im so slow now. and my aim got worse

now Im keep playing with k-2 in order to play good or Im gonna buy another gun

I find when I snipe a lot and then switch to a rifle it takes a round or two to get used to it again. I quickscope a lot when I snipe so I'll keep right clicking my rifling pointlessly out of habit. :P
But then I remember I'm using a rifle not a sniper and the pwnage begins. I think it's good to switch up weapon style's. Keeps you on your toes. And keeps you ready for when you need to steal a gun that might not be one you use regularly.
