i dont use hac.k but my account has been banned and im lose my honorable soldier ribbon please help me :S i want it

Can't get it back once you lost it unless it's a really REALLY good reason and 100% that you didn't break the rules

Losing the honorable ribbon could be by hacking or harrasing others & chargebacks

send a ticket to support if you haven't done so already

It's stated why you would be banned upon logging in.

the support ticket sucks i report two guys and bouth still had the honorable soldier ribbon !
have fun with the support ticket. it was a month before where i report them
