Well you cant really punish them for RQing. I dont think the system running knows the difference between a RQ and an error. Could be wrong and if I am then a penalty for RQing would be good to deter people from doing so. In GM its hard enough to find anyone who will even CW with you and its even worse because from my experience over 60% of them will RQ before the second half and alot RQ in the first round.

omg, just check your cw logs and you will know count it or not! is that hard?

It does count towards your clan's total wins and they do loose points if the range of rank is a lot.
