strange problem ever!

Hi guys please help me! this probem is very stange...
So, today i played with my frds and suddenly my PC overheated and it automatically shutdown. When i login to CF is say Invalid name or Password, then i try to login to website but still the same problem... i also try enter the e-mail so they can send ID + PW but they said sorry, the e-mail is not sexist in our system. This account is my 2nd account my account currently have problem with named .Way]nN[e.*
I have all the ID+PW+SA+E-mail...
Plzz help me!

Submit a Support Ticket

Select the options that apply and give them everything you know:

Forum name:
In game name:
Security Question/Answer:
Known passwords:

Some more details about the account too.

*Edit

Select "Account" under the "Game Related" area.
Then select "Account Administration" under the next area.

but the problem is i cant log in to that acc anymore how can i send support ticket to them?

Create another account to send the support ticket.

so i use this account to send support ticket... i fill in all info but i stuck at the SQ this SQ is for this account but the a=other acc have different SQ...

You answer your own account's (this one, the alternate) SQ. Then in the more information box you provide the SQ&A of the other account. (primary, the one with problems).
