Phone Code not right?

Hello,
last time i wanted to get some Z8Points (only 6300), so i went to z8games->Mall->Deposit->phone.
i typed the number of my phone and got the PIN Code.
but i had to do something, so i closed the site fast and did what i had to do.
now, i can't reenter my PIN. i go to Mall->Deposit->Redeem Code->Buddy-Pay E-PIN and wanted to type in my Code.
So, now my problem is, that crossfire says "Buddie Pay ePIN is not correct!"
But i'm sure that i typed in my right PIN, so what should i do know?
I really dont know what to do....

You should request support from the vendor, not from G4Box. You did not specify which phone service you used. That is who you should contact. Also, you shouldn't enter the pin under "Mall->Deposit->Redeem Code->Buddy-Pay E-PIN", you should enter it on a screen right after you entered your phone number. The pin is vendor specific.
