Hey soo i quit a while back, and now im coming back to crossfire, but i forgot my security questions and email, i want to promote my friend to leutiant, please help?

4. I forgot the answer to my security question.
The only way to retrieve the answer to your security question is to submit a support ticket containing all the information you entered during the registration process, in addition to your registered email address. This is in order to verify your identity. Be warned, the process of retrieving the answer to your security question can take time.

3. How do I change my email?
Visit the “My Account” page upon login to the Z8Games portal and select the “Account Management” tab. The option to change your email address is located on this page.

Now your problem is that you don't know your email..
Submit a ticket containing all info u can remember & explain your problem.

To submit a support ticket klick on Support, then on Web Form in the "Contact Us" box at the right.

I have also sent a ticket and wanted to ask how long it takes until the sec question is changed (approximately).
