New patched - some minor problems

Hello!

I ll be quick.

S&D Port - the ladder at the A site is kinda freezes.. i get stuck when i going up. it was not like this before.

ALASKA- PSG-1 doesnot work. when in scope mode- it shoots only 1 bullet and then jams and does not shoot more. in no scope mode - it shoots fine.

So far, thats what i have found.
