Account safety
Person A gives out their account information/downloads a "free zp hack"
Person b(account stealer) the first thing he/she would do is check their support tickets and normally if person A sent one in from before to request an SQ change, person b would see this
Person b now finds all his current information and goes change person A's info.
solution: make our supports invisible to normal users, so we can only see replys..or an auto delate once "replied", this would stop a vast amount of stolen accounts to be a little more secure and give the real owner a little bit more time to change his info before its to late

seems like a good idea. However, if someone is stupid enough to 'download a free ZP hack' or anything where they do give out their information, they don't deserve to have accounts.
Sadley this is true, but it still happens. I think it should reduce the amount of threads saying "my account got hacked"
