Error when Planting the Bomb

i get the same thing i can plant it about 3 or 4 times but still have it in my hands and it doesn't set then i get kicked back to lobby
only getting this after the patch plus i have formated and reinstall my whole pc because of new g/card gtx275 happens in all s&d
