Event error?

I finished the event yesterday. When I log on the website and pressed the check status, it said I finished so I could get it by logging in to the game. However, after I logged in, I received nothing. Anyone have same problem?

wait a day or 2 to receive your prize. If you still have not received your prize, send in a support ticket

yeah... i receive it after 1 or 2 hours.... but know, probaly ,not just you, but a lot (and i mean A LOT) of other players end the event yesterday, and the system its just flooded with that command... I am sure you will receive it sooner or later.

The prize was kinda insignificant, but I didn't see anything wrong with it.

Dude all those rewards are less than 4k GP,not big deal.
