I try to earn free ZP for my account, I've tried to Earn the ZP by downloading and install, once I finished downloading and installing it never gave me anything. @ [GM]Saidin please HELP!

You need to contact the offer/survey provider's support.

adding onto aR, z8games have no power over any of the surveys put out by each provider, so you would have to send a ticket to the provider..

Take a screenshot that you have finished the survey then ask for support and upload to a image hosting site, they will give you ZP once they see if you really did finish it, it may take up to 24 hours.
