Well, Jay would better be able to speak to that. Pretty sure all of our players are NA and we play almost all our games in NA servers. As to requirements, the most serious is that you have to be sexyEU/NA only? any requirement?
Edit: I should add, that while we are a pretty fun-loving clan, we like to be competitive when we clan war. -

I might as well answer this question to the best that I can for you. (:
You can be EU but you have to;
-own/use a mic
-be able to play in regular clan server, not UK
-be sexy
Attempt to play in Alpha, Bravo, etc.
Don't QQ if your asked to play with us in a clan war or a pub and your "lagging"
