INSERT button doesn't always work

i was pressing INSERT key and nothing i couldn't see his name
sometimes this is really confusing because u don't know if he's ur oponent =S
after many matches the insert key worked
btww my insert key works fine, so it's not my keyboard

am i the only one who noticed that?
