No ZP crates

Can you help me please.
I have not got a free ZP Crates though I played more than 2 hours, I even played and 3-4 hours per day.
pls help me...

WOW...
The Free Crates even was from September 7th to Sunday 13th.... that's why it was called Weeklong not Monthlong...
Anyway, ZP Cartes were only on the weekend.

plus the stuff's free cant expect pre-mo service for it. but yeah next time look at the event times. worked just fine for my whole clan
