Returning to find everything gone.

I quit crossfire about a year ago and decided to come back. When I logged on, all my permanent guns were gone (except for M16 and the starting sniper), nor did I have any ZP. Although I never deposited ZP through cards, I used many "Free ZP" services.
Is there a way to retrieve my guns? Does Z8games keep some sort of log which can be backtracked?

As MOD NattNatt asked, what kind of "Free zp" services have you used? Many of those not associated with z8 are keyloggers and viruses that can rip you off from everything. If you used any non-legit services or programs to get zp or anything else i suggest you scan your computer immediately.

OT: Send in a support ticket but be prepared to show evidence that you had the guns you lost in the first place. Good luck.

Not to sure how you loose permanate guns. I still have my account that I haven't touched for about two years and I looked and still had a couple of my weapons such as AK Scope, M4 Custom.

Z8 Games wouldn't remove your weapons out of random. Either you (or someone) requested to have them removed; check your Support Ticket History to see, if not send a support ticket here - http://support.z8games.com/
