I'm trying to get my email I used on my account and they replied the same response 3 times

What the hell is an username in paypal... is it my email? cause I replied to them 2 times with it... Please tell me...
I EVEN SEARCHED IT UP AND IT SHOWS HERE

Ok. I think I see the confusion

You don't have access to your old e-mail...Because someone changed it.

Support staff thinks "User CP -> Edit Email and password or use security answer. Otherwise user is fishing to steal an account. Change security password to either username of paypal or email address of paypal".

Am I on the right track?

Because if so, then your account was hacked. Which is hard to recover. How did they gain access to it.

I have full access to my account, its a new email, and I dont remember it...

So go to User CP -> Edit Email & password.

I think the other person is easier. Use my security answer to change my email. Now I have to make a new one so I can remember it.
