If you use Windows:
Go to start>My Computer>:C Drive>Program Files x86 or Program Files if you don't have 86>Z8Games>Crossfire

Once here find the file patcher_cf or cf_patcher and run it. I this doesn't work read below.

Try reinstalling the game. If this doesn't work try uninstalling completely and redownload the game from the website. Hope I helped. ^-^
