MP5. It has a better spray and a less crappy sound, and probably more power(not sure though).

save up for m4a1 or Ak47, if your looking for a primary

but if you decide to get a sniper get the AWM which is a bit more GP

MP5 all the way.
-Less recoil
-better spray,easier to control
-100% wallbang
-doesn't have the sound that will make me kick u from any gm match

Pros-

*Good Looking
*Doesn't have a loud annoying sound
*Very versatile spray
*IT'S AWESOME.

Cons-

For some reason i find K1a easier to use, but maybe that's just my noobish opinion.

They're both underestimated equally, but I recommend MP5.
- Easy Control
- Decent Damage / Accuracy
- Recoil is easy to manage.
- Medium-Range Sound

*Edit*
It's the second fastest-reloading weapon in the game, First one being the Uzi.
MP5 : 1.7 Seconds
Uzi : 1.6 Seconds

MP5 is my favorite perm SMG, next to my pink doozies, of course. MP5 adv is better, obv, but there's no perm version so who cares?

K1A is ok but sucks compared to the MP5.

Not sure about the stats on the K1A, but just the sound of it will get you kicked out of every single GM room. Whether or not you play GM, I'd say MP5 because it seems better from the 3 times I've used both guns.
