depends on your pc too.
That graphics card wont help you if you connect it to a toaster :P

CPU = Central processing unit = Proccesor

This means the game, need a good proccesor to be ran:) I play good, with 1.6 CPU at 1280x800

With the setup you have now you should be getting 125-150 fps with 16 players. How much more do you need, since most all moniters refresh at 60 fps.

The Graphics Card i using right now ATI is around 120-200
but i want use NVIDIA Graphics Card

Why waste money when the card you have now is doing you fine. The only reason i can see you needing to upgrade is if your FPS jumps around and is not steady.
