possible cf file watcher fix for xp

i found a fix that worked on my computer but it is rather time consuming. i found it worth the wait .
you will need to reinstall windows, do not reformat your drive,just install it over the old copy. get all the updates u can except for service pak 3 from microsoft updates. for some reason crossfire doesnt want to work with it.
then make sure your video and sound drivers are up to date, reinstall the game from version 1028,it worked for me i hope this helps you guys out.
