Please Really Need Help
I know I posted this before but it got closed >.< I got a response from the support and they said there were no records of me winning the gun... I have my brother standing right beside me as a witness and some people I was talking to on vent... and also this screen shot:
I don't know how else I can prove that I won it... but the weird thing is I got that "Send Crossfire Error Report" like right after the screenie if I didn't take it at the time I did I wouldn't have gotten the screen shot at all.. but how do I prove that I won it?... I have my brother and some friends that I was talking to on vent that can vouch for me but they don't care >.>... can anyone please help me?..

True... but i didn't fake it >.<, I literally after I saw I didn't have it in my storage logged off went to tinypic and transferred the picture to a image so i can put it up and sent a support ticket and posted it on the forums... -
Sorry but a screenie is not solid proof.
People can alter with Photoshop or use someone elses.
Your best option is to persist with support if you really did win the gun and hope.
Mabye wait a while and see if it goes to your inventory.
GL I hope this problem is solved.
Oh, and dont remake threads if there closed they were closed for a reason.
Try a different method rather than remaking it again. -

I don't know how to use paint... tbh im crap at editting lawl, and secondly i dont think theres another screenie like this.. this is the only one because it my win?... -
This is extremely improbable. The win is recorded on the system the moment you spin the crates, and even if you were to get an error the win would've been registered.
Not saying it's impossible, but it seems more like a person trying to fake it and get himself a free Mauser RD than an actual error in the system. -

Same thing Happened to me but the funny thing is that the gun showed up and then it didn't work in some survers lol.. -

I can't believe he has 160 zp crates :eek: wow I never have more than 10 zp crates at a time...dayum that's a lot of cash
I would think that by the time you see this picture you had already won it ...so it should have registered..odd that it didn't show up in storage or log -

That wouldn't explain why there are no edit artifacts left in the image (for one).
And it also wouldn't explain why it was instantly uploaded with xfire's screenshot utility either (you can see the xfire in-game overlay off to the right and some other stuff on the top of the image).
Also, if that's how many crates he had left, I doubt he's have take a screenshot and tried to get it for free, not knowing that he may have won it with the remaining crates anyway...
And don't forget how crappy Z8's servers act at times... -

There should be a .dmp file created at the moment your game crashed (Send error report). Update your ticket with uploads of the relevant crash reports.
Pathway to the folder where they are kept:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\Crossfire\Report
get the one relevant to the day.
Also there's reports found here:
C:\CFLog
where there are .txt files of the crashes
upload that as well I suppose. -

and for whoever says its fake honestly? grow up? i spend a lot of money on a game why would i lie to get a gun? check my profile unlike some I can afford it and the only reason i complain about it is because if you spent $500 on just to get 1 gun and it doesnt show up wouldnt you feel slightly ripped off? plus i dont need trolls to tell me what happened or not my brother and friendds witnessed the win along with me. -
